Is Funky Warehouse safe?
All our trampoline and play equipment is strictly build to confirm with the IATP (International Association of Trampoline Parks). We have park attendants on site at all times to ensure our park health and safety rules are being adhered to. Any customers not following the park rules will be removed from site. Health and safety is of upmost importance to us, and we want all our jumpers to have as much fun as possible in the best possible environment. All customers must fill out a waiver before entering the park where must declare any health conditions or injuries that may affect their experience at Funky Warehouse. We have the right to refuse entry to customers who have any health conditions or injuries that we believe may cause a risk to the customer whilst using the equipment.
Is there parking available?
Free parking is available on site. After 5pm additional parking is available on the roads.
How do I Book?
We recommend for all customers to book online. You can book by telephone or turn up on the day, however we cannot guarantee availability.
Do I need to make a reservation or do I just show up?
As we operate at a strict capacity we advise for all customer to book online to guarantee a slot. You can turn up on the day if you like, but we cannot guarantee availability and there may be delays.
Do I have to complete a waiver?
Yes, all customers must complete a waiver before using any of the Funky Warehouse facilities. This can be done online when booking. All childern under 18 must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
When must I complete a waiver form?
You can complete your waiver when booking online. We do have paper waivers for customers to complete on arrival, please be sure to arrive early to avoid any delays.
What foot wear must I wear?
Whilst playing on the trampolines our Funky Warehouse anti grip socks must be worn at all times to ensure the safety of all our customers. You can buy these online whilst booking or can buy them on the day (you can keep them after for next time!) Trainers must be worn when using the bouldering and parkour areas.
Can adults use the soft play area?

Can small children use the trampoline park?
Yes, at off peak times only. Click here to view hours »
Can I jump with a cast / broken bone?
No. You should not jump until at least 6 weeks after you have had your cast removed to ensure the bone is fully healed. If you are unsure please seek advice from your doctor.
How long can I jump for?
All our bookings are for 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Is there an age limit?

Is there a weight limit?
Can I drop off my kids and leave?
Yes but we do not accept responsibility of your children once you leave the doors. We do not recommend leaving children under 12 years.
Are there activities for disabled people?
Yes we can accommodate for disabled people, please come during off peak hours and speak to a member of staff.
Is there a disabled access?
Can I bring my own food inside?
No. Please use our on site cafe.
Do you provide gift vouchers and how long are they valid for?
Yes, our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.
What time should I arrive before my booking?
We recommend arriving 20 min prior to booked time to check in.
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
No, unless at the managers discression.
Do I need to jump with my children?
No, you can if you want to, you will enjoy it! As long as you are watching your children under 12 there is no need to jump with them.
Do I have to pay if I am not participating?
